As soon as I got them I installed them. I was immediately impressed. They are very easy to install and come with different faceplate sizes. They look and feel like an expensive door knob. They seem solid but my only issue was that when I decided to put on the last pin it had a small but very noticeable scratch. (See photo) Now I'm a little worried about how easily they can be scratched after a bit of use. I'm also not happy that a brand new product came out this way. I see no possibility of it being scratched in transit. This is how it should have been packaged. I needed it immediately so I really didn't want to take everything back and box it up to return. I'll ask if I can get a replacement handle. Otherwise, I am initially enthusiastic on the first day. I will update when I resolve this issue and see how they perform over time. ** TO UPDATE. Revain immediately sent us a new pen without returning the scratched one because I installed it and already used it. He will be here in two days.
