I did not purchase this radio from Revain because another local retailer provided a free installation. The receiver is incredibly complex and difficult to use. Even for the simplest things I have to refer to the manual. And the buttons are really tiny. The display has a "dimmer" to adjust the brightness, but it is difficult to read in bright sunlight, even at maximum brightness. All equalizer presets are designed for different music genres. There is no preset equalizer for speech. To tune speech like news and talk radio, you need to tune each of the many frequency bands separately. There is no simple bass and treble control. Terrible radio, I regret the purchase.
