I like that it's easy for non-technical users, such as myself who have no coding skills or background in computer science. It also makes sense very intuitively so there is little learning curve involved. If someone does not understand something they will ask questions until their understanding has been met which is great! Sometimes we just get stuck looking at an error but are unsure what needs correcting - this really helps us pinpoint exactly where our problems lie within code because once again everything else works perfectly fine (hence why i say sometimes). In some cases however if things do go wrong then all hope isn't lost since support staff seem pretty good about coming back around quickly whenever needed. Their customer service team always seems happy & willing too help resolve issues when required. They're constantly releasing new features meaning more improvements every time one uses them. We.
