Not bad for the money.

We bought this lock based on the reviews and because it looks really great. Received and installed quickly, not bad but we had to drill a hole in the door to install it. Worked great for a week, and then just started squeaking, didn't respond to anything, even did a reset. Contacted customer service and got reply email about undeliverable. The next day I received a reply and decided to return the goods. Contacted several times and the company did everything right. Not a bad lock for the price, hope the replacement works. Customer service attaches great importance to customer satisfaction.
