The product does not work. The lock worked great for 2 weeks and then after a few showers the keypad stopped working and the lock could only be opened via the app or with the key. It rains a lot here in Florida and this castle is useless if the weather doesn't stand it.

I have one on the outer security door and behind it is the inner door. For the security door I drilled a hole and used extra support so it's not as easy to pick the lock. I don't know how people managed to lock themselves out during installation, the manual literally says to keep the door open until you test it.
