Terrible customer support for a card that isn't working properly.

At first glance, this Wi-Fi card is a very good deal; has decent connections, small size and not a terrible price. This is before the card is actually used. Installation was easy enough, just make sure you don't use the disc that came with it as it's outdated and most PC manufacturers don't need it. anyway for drives these days. Just make sure you visit the website and download the correct driver. There are actually several, one from TP-Link itself and the other from Asus. After that, the card works fine, nothing special. a note on this. until either Wi-Fi goes down for some reason or some other random reason I haven't been able to figure out yet, resulting in the card refusing to connect to a Wi-Fi source it recognizes (and indeed she discovers you). ). To solve this problem I had to: A) uninstall and reinstall drivers B) uninstall and install secondary Asus drivers C) follow steps A and B and then reboot the router (of course I tried that first, otherwise others would be steps in vain) And of course :D) praying that it actually ever connects again. Having done all of this and contacted CS many times to even see what the problem really is, I usually don't guarantee I'll get the card working again in time. In fact it works again (eventually) but never immediately after I've done something, most of the time it just randomly starts working again (but not without making me very angry and giving up any hope of getting back on the internet without throwing that card away too need and replace it with something that actually works. TL;DR: Don't. Don't buy. This WI-FI card.
