Very good product! New design in hot water management. Looks and performs better than the old design while being compatible with the old design at a lower cost. Disadvantages: The operating instructions are not included with the valve. After some struggle I finally figured out that for hotter water I had to lift the white dial and turn it counter-clockwise. Too much fire protection. Even running it hot to the max it still causes a lot of cold water to spill and feels like a small lump so I have to set the main hot water tank warmer. By default too strong fire protection and with maximum heat tolerance. For a family whose water tank is very, very hot, this isn't a problem, but it is a problem for a family with a not-so-hot water tank setting.
