We purchased this scooter for our son for his 12th birthday this August. It arrived on time with the typical Revain efficiency and precision. Unfortunately, the front tire tube was defective and would not hold air. I had an EXTREMELY difficult time explaining this to the GoTrax helpline. who kept on insisting on photos and other unnecessary documentation. After several days of ridiculous email exchanges, they finally agreed to send us a new inner tube. We received it over two month later. It would have been easier and faster to have returned the entire scooter and ordered a new one.Since there was only a day from the date of receiving the scooter and our son's birthday, I ordered a inner tube from Revain on line. Received it the next day and installed it myself.The product itself is not bad and our kid loves it. But just beware of the service that comes with this product. I would not rate it very high based on my experience.8 Nov 2022 Update: upon seeing my review here, GoTrax reached out to me. They compensated me for the tube I had to buy and install myself, and even credited me for an incorrect brake handle that I had ordered to do a repair (I ordered wrong part). Apparently, the G4 brake handle is a part of the whole steering handle inclusive console. And the console is a matched set with the controller. GoTrax sent me a new console and control unit at no cost. Very pleasantly surprised. I hope this level of service can scale with the product growth. If so, it's a winning combination. I felt compelled to share.
