Overall comfort is best with tools and accessories

I've seen some reviews saying go up in size but I wear 6 shoes and I have 5/6 slippers. I wear them with orthotics and toe spacers (for bursitis) and they are fine. Just wear them for a few days and they should adjust to your foot. I like the hard sole for extra grip. The only issue I have is that they can come off my heel as I walk, but adjusting the strap helps.
