I had to use a different charger. When I received it, the language was set to Chinese.

I had to use a different charger myself. When I received it, the language was set to Chinese. The buttons are difficult to access with gloves. I had to put my phone on answering machine to complain. I have another more expensive one from SENA that I like and has been very reliable over the years that I've had it. You get what you pay for!
