Less than expected.
Internal dimensions NOT 1.5 x 3.5 inches. I had to cut the regular 2x4's to get into them. The standard 2 x 4 size is 1.5 x 3.5 inches. The brackets are otherwise solid and support the stands after they've all been cut to size. Installation took longer and wasn't as clean as it should have been.
