Review on DRAW TITE 24756 Sportframe Receiver by Jacob Seymour

This is a good and heavy hitch but like the other review it didn't have a tongue. It's not a box, just a set of rods and bolts heat shrunk around the main frame, allowing the tongue to come loose or creep along the way. The set of bolts was barely hanging and fell into my hand as I picked it up. They need to pack the loose parts MUCH better, like POSSIBLE in a box?! I called and Revane wanted me to send this one back and they would send another. I told them I wasn't playing the same game as the previous reviewer and that they would have to send a bar. I gave them the part number listed but they just couldn't ship it. They refunded me enough money for the original purchase to buy the train and ship it. It seems silly that they couldn't just send it over, but I think it will work out in the end. Again, this is not a problem with the product. It's a delivery problem. The grip is excellent.
