Update: 11/08/21 The heater began to generate vibration noises in the plastic housing when in operation. I'm hoping to fix the noise because my daughter loves the flame color options. I deduct a star. Got the heater today. Bought for my teenage daughter's room to heat. Added some photos and videos. Note that red flames can appear redder to a person. I've added a photo showing what the heater looks like when it's on. It glows under the tree trunks when it's on. Pros: 3 flame color settings with brightness adjustment. The thermostat has two heat settings. Control settings are not visible. Three-sided view of logs and flames. you can save on electricity costs for heating. There is no remote control to lose. Fully functional heating control. Possible disadvantages: Reflective glass. Glass may break or shatter on impact. May not be suitable for all environments. The glass panes do not match at the front corners. I will add some clear silicone glue. The flames are not very realistic, but nice to look at. My daughter loves the unique look. The logs themselves do not light up. Some light is visible through the logs from the back of the flame. The maximum thermal output is 1250W. Can not generate enough heat in some situations. There is no remote control. The controls are located under the top of the heater on the front.
