Makes delicious waffles over and over again; The temperature controller is not fixed, if you wiggle when opening the lid to take out the finished waffle, the temperature setting will not be accurate. After removing the bottom plastic part of the device, I found that the temperature control mechanism on its mount was wobbly and sloppy and there was no way to secure the temperature control connector. The base is fixed with self-tapping screws. Two bolts missed their mounting hubs during assembly at the factory in China, one issue is assembly got out of hand. The non-stick and baking properties of this product are very good, the temperature control is questionable. KN
