I received this strainer to divide my 10 gallon aquarium because I have 2 male bettas. It was a bit high so my gas cap wobbled on it, and the screen was too wide so I tried mounting it a little diagonally first. This wasn't a good idea as during the night 2 roosters somehow swapped places in the aquarium (I think they fit through the cracks in the sides). Then I trimmed it (easy enough to do with a pair of strong scissors). Then, within a few days, the screen was no longer clear and unsightly. I can't clean it either. I was hoping to have a really nice pool, now I have plastic trash in the middle.
