I don't know why I can't find a duplicate plate that came with the Ninja. Nowhere, not even on the Ninja website. I almost sent it back but since it fits in a large bowl shaped fruit basket I decided to keep it for myself. The correct replacement should be just over 9 inches. I wanted a second one to fry two layers with a crispier slab of this type. I think I can still do that, but there won't be much space left between the plates.
