Review on Deco Metallic Lustre Finish Cosmic by Linda Diaz

I bought this product to use on my Christmas cards. I followed the instructions exactly. With this blue color I wanted to highlight the black folder for 3D embossing. All I got was a lot of smudging, the paint on the black card stock was very nice but it just smeared all over the body. I tried using a sponge and then a finger and a brush. I'm so disappointed I kept my Christmas cards to finish some with a metallic sheen. So if you've ever used Pebeo guild wax, stick with it or you'll be just as miserable as me. I would return this item but i lost my receipt That's why I gave it 1 star because the color is very nice.
