I initially had low expectations when ordering and I didn't expect perfection. Expected ok. They are almost fine, nothing will stop me from putting them on my car. The metal surface was quite scratched even before the coating was applied. The workmanship has flaws here and there. But as I said, they drive the car anyway, they'll get scratched over time anyway. So the price matches the quality? I have a feeling the auto parts nuts even had a better finish on their aftermarket studs. 3 might be a bit low, but it feels like it's not really a 4. Unless they bolt onto the wheel studs, or the fairing comes off very easily, my rating remains the same.
