I just received a review request from Spring Hill. I just used mine to bake chicken wings this week. I soak mine in Franca's Hot Sauce for about 6 hours, then sprinkle with some coarse black pepper and smoked paprika. The grill made them come out better than ever, crispier on top and bottom. I baked at 425 degrees and next time I might lightly toast them for that extra crunch we love. The stand seems to be well made. I sprayed it on Pam to keep the meat from sticking. It fit perfectly in my baking sheet and easily accommodated about 18 wings with the tips cut off. Easy to clean with a plastic brush. I dried it immediately as instructed. I would highly recommend this rack and my only complaint is that while it is for baking and roasting, it does not display the temperature. wind up max. Or at least I couldn't find any.
