Unfortunately the welding quality of the metal legs on a metal frame leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered three times and only one order had the welds intact and undamaged. Returned the last two orders for a competitor's product.

I have been cooking bacon on this grid and it was almost impossible to peel. With all the individual squares, it takes 15 minutes to get all the food stuck on the rack. It's just not worth cleaning up.

I've only used it once but couldn't be happier with the results. I used to make bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, but I've never been able to get the bacon crispy. But with this coaster it was not only crispy, but also beautiful. Can't wait to grill and cook other dishes such as fried chicken etc.

My search for a good stand has been very fruitless, too many of these are not solid stainless steel or are very fragile. This is a very nice, solid construction. It is clear that everything is stainless steel and good thick wire. The only downside is a little kinking and I had to file off a few sharp edges on the wire. Generally better than most. I would buy this again. I did NOT receive this product in exchange for my "unbiased" review! I paid full price and feel free to give my opinion!

Received my 2 racks yesterday and they are great! I like that they are stainless steel and high quality. I will be using mine primarily to cook bacon in the oven, among other things. The racks fit my jelly roll trays perfectly. Bought this frame to replace a copper coated frame I've been using for about a year. The copper plating had long since peeled off, and the frame itself was very thin. I love that this new frame is made of stainless steel and is very durable. Goes perfectly with my old skillet. This rack is amazing - I'm very happy with its performance. I use this type of grate for roasting chicken pieces and sometimes bacon. Although the wire diameter is slightly smaller than other grates I've had, it's still strong enough for baking/roasting. It cleaned up beautifully with little effort and was spotless after being washed in the dishwasher. Other supports I've had were plated or coated steel and eventually they rust or the coatings erode. I just received a review request from Spring Hill. I just used mine to bake chicken wings this week. I soak mine in Franca's Hot Sauce for about 6 hours, then sprinkle with some coarse black pepper and smoked paprika. The grill made them come out better than ever, crispier on top and bottom.
