2010 Lincoln Town Car Executive L and ACDelco Transmission Filter

So I had a 2010 Lincoln Town Car Executive L with 379,000 miles on it. to go from 40 mph to 70 mph. hwy speed. The revs will lag behind 55 mph and then won't shift into the next gear until I press the pedal to the floor. Shaking the revs from 3700 to over 6000 rpm and then idling at 6000 for a few seconds before dropping to 3800 rpm after 10 seconds of rough revs. Now that you know the problem I decided to try and pray a full transmission flush and filter change. that would have solved the problem but here we found a small yellow plug at the bottom of the transmission pan and it looks like we determined at the time that it was the original transmission oil with a yellow cork seal keeping it from the factory until it was sealed Insert the dipstick into the transmission, causing the yellow plug to simply fall to the bottom of the oil pan. The oil is blacker than motor oil after 50,000 miles, so it was black at 380,000 miles. After rinsing the gear oil, it is now bright red and beautiful again. I prayed that I had driven it 4,000 miles and the problem was solved and there were no signs of damage. The filter is doing its job so far, the only thing that strikes me is that the gasket that comes with it is cheap, dammit, it comes from the factory with a steel sandwich gasket that looks like cheap cardboard with rubber on it.
