Those are spots! It cannot be deleted.

This color is good if you don't want to ruin the tables. We have public toy tables that are resistant to almost any stain. This came to my mind when I was looking for a washable, safer tempera paint for preschoolers. Be careful: everything is painted blue. Children, tables, clothes. If you read the label it says not to be washed, but the purchase description didn't say that. Otherwise the color is pleasant and rather opaque for a tempera.
