Fits my 2008 Gulf Stream Amerilite range hood. The filter was bent when it arrived so it was replaced free of charge. The second also bent. At first I was offended because I thought someone had sent me a damaged product. I later remembered that Revain is automated. I think the automated equipment that takes the filter off the shelf bends the filter. I used sheet metal tongs to straighten the filter frame. The purpose of the filter is, of course, to prevent hands and objects from coming into contact with the fan during operation. It's almost invisible, and after smoothing it looks and works great. If you don't have tin-like pliers, you can probably use a piece of wood and a hammer to straighten the filter frame, or take the filter to the HVAC department at the hardware store and use their pliers for free.
