I am so disappointed by the claims of the ad.
The product does not work in my high-efficiency washing machine when it should. I followed the instructions for use on heavy duty machines, but the product never completely dissolves, just melts and smudges all over the clothes. I end up having to rinse a second time to get the product off my clothes. I even used warm water in the wash cycle and it made no difference.
