This is an AMAZING seatpost! I took it to install during a bike fit and the person who fitted me was very impressed and excited to fit it to my bike. Since then I've been riding it indoors on my Kickr trainer and practicing rocking it back and forth. I have to grab it in front and pull it forward, but moving backward is easy. However, I like the fact that it's quite heavy to move back and forth so you don't accidentally move it in the middle of a ride. Overall I'm very impressed, it's very well made.
