I have 2 ATN products and I know the company makes good products when they work. My Xsight 4K Pro scope and BinoX HD had issues when I first bought them and firmware updates have fixed them. My BinoX HD was once replaced by an ATN. I bought BinoX 4K as an upgrade for my Binox HD. More than twice as expensive. The idea of a range finder to go with my Xsight 4k Pro scope and an internal battery that lasts 15 hours versus the Binox HD with a very very very short battery life was a game changer. However, the IR illumination of the new BinoX 4K was defective, making the night vision unusable. After two unanswered emails and several unanswered calls to ATN customer service, I had no choice but to return my new nearly $900 paperweight. As far as I can tell, ATN doesn't have a customer support team. Don't buy ATN products until they do something about their customer service.
