This vacuum cleaner is the BEST after sliced bread and yes, TikTok made me buy it! I rarely write reviews but I feel like I need to shout this from the rooftops! I have a 1,200-square-foot house with laminate floors and carpets, two kids, and a chocolate lab that's failing like crazy. This is my first robot vacuum so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I did a lot of research before purchasing it. I received it less than 24 hours ago, did 5 full cleaning cycles and emptied the dust box 27 times! I don't know where the garbage comes from. I swept and vacuumed two days before he arrived so now I feel like my house is a lot cleaner. And assignment available! He never missed a dock. I will say that you must do preliminary work to organize your house so that it does not get stuck or stand still because something is sucked in. I only followed him regularly around the house for the first two cleanings. You have no idea how many power cords you have on the floor until you get a robot vacuum! Oh, and if you have kids - CLEAN UNDER THEIR BEDS FIRST! I learned the hard way as you can see from the solid forbidden lines. The app is very easy to use and if you have furniture that isn't high enough to move (like your fridge) you can set up a restricted space. Oh, and I have a smart home so the HomeKit incompatibility is a bummer, but I can live without it because the product is great. I will say my husband thought it was too good to be true and he hesitated but it is now sold. The only thing he's not very good at is picking up leftover leaves unless he's in turbo mode. I have an oak tree that hates me and keeps shedding the leaves they bring in as I refuse to rake the leaves just to do it over and over again. I get 5-7 hours of my life back every week and it's worth every penny! I put it on the vacuum cleaner at 1pm every day and it does it with no errors! I just empty the bin when it's done and clean the roller which takes 3-5 minutes. 😁Just keep in mind that you will empty the trap frequently in the beginning, but after a few cleanings it will be minimal. Concentrate and dilute with water and it worked like a charm. I would not use harsh chemicals.
