Well packaged and arrived in good condition. After reading other reviews I decided to take a chance and was pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how easy it is to install. My experience was similar to others who rated it positively. I installed it on a F150 Ford pickup. I routed the wires to the back of the tail light and used the connectors that came with the kit to connect them to the reverse light wires. I used double sided tape to secure the transmitter in the bed so it was closer to the cabin. It receives some interference from power lines and other electrical signals. I would expect this from most wireless systems if I hadn't paid over $500. I giggled as I read reviews from people who expected a wireless system to have no wires whatsoever. I think they expected the magical spirit to know when the car reversed and planned to swap out the batteries in the camera and receiver to power them. Think about it, all car electronics need to be powered by either battery or car battery and you need WIRES to get power. If you don't understand this, don't buy a wireless product.
