The bike survived a long flight safely and in perfect condition. It took a while to set up the bag (mostly fits large wheels and corner protectors). The frame is very comfortable, but I would deduct half a star because I would prefer the bag had straps so the aluminum frame holding the bike is securely connected to the bottom of the bag. The pressure of the fabric on the saddle and on the headset towards the frame keeps the bike in the bag. But I'd prefer the saddle or steering column to be effortless. I have specially protected the saddle and steerer tube (hard cardboard) so that they are protected from incorrect handling at airports. Very convenient for storage as it is 75% collapsible and falls into a rigid plastic base. For the price, this is definitely the best pannier on the market.
