Pro-Easy to install, it took 3-4 days to see the change, only 5-7 days and the water in the tank is crystal clear now. Worked 24/7 the first week and now 24/7 for the last two weeks. Cons - no replacement UV lamp after 30,000 hours or less, entire unit must be replaced. No comment on tech support not used or needed. High cost - for a non-repairable device, that is, when it comes time to replace the light bulb, you will have to repair the entire device. For now and for the next 29,000 hours of life, an excellent block to solve the problem of algae and cloudy water
