Straight to the point - don't buy this - not at all. The reason is simple - it doesn't have the 5GHz frequency used in all modern routers. You cannot use the AC or AX functions to stream Netflix, etc. I was wondering why this isn't mentioned in all of their excellent specs. The reason I bought it was to play games and watch Netflix. When I went to set it up, there was no 5GHz. All updates downloaded. no 5GHz. No big deal, right? So I thought maybe I could just leave that in the bathroom for the sake of simplicity. I started my game and keep getting the shutdown message. Remember that the game has not yet started. Launch Netflix and it won't play. Buffering. So I check my network, my iPad and iPhone are working fine. My Netflix on my TV is fine. Crunchyroll works great on my daughter's iPad. All at the same time. I also checked my Apple TV. It's definitely coming back. Oh, and I just noticed. This tablet runs very hot. My Netflix is still buffering.
