I bought these for my 5 year old granddaughter to make as Christmas gifts. There were no instructions so we figured it out as best we could. It is very tedious and time consuming, but we were able to finish 3 before Christmas. She handled it very well, but was easily distracted. There was a little pink square of sticky stuff, I have no idea what it's used for. My granddaughter realized that the little tool provided can be used like a straw to pick up the jewels and place them on the base. She was very good with him, but he was too small for me to use him like that.
