I bought this bag because I thought it would be good for traveling. Unfortunately, it's just too big for the trip. It's awkward. Looks very nice, but too bulky for bus, plane or train travel with other luggage. It gets in the way when you carry a wallet and carry a suitcase. But then again, I love it for home use. It sits on the side of my chair and has room for all of my everyday crochet needs. I love yarn loops. This keeps them separate and the yarn flows smoothly through them. Unlike round yarn carriers, it doesn't fold on its own. It costs and you have easy access to supplies. When I have visitors, I just put everything in and close the lid. That way I don't have to carry everything to another room to hide it. I like it very much for DIY.
