after 2 years it is now 100% UNUSABLE! this is chinese fake crp touch pro scanner! absolutely no seller support or direct start! I was told that this is the Chinese version and there is no support! it needs to be updated and i have no way to update it! So basically I have a $350 POS! since the factory subscription has expired, it is now INVALID! It will not diagnose anything on a vehicle I connect it to! I've tried and tried to contact the seller regarding this and no response for a year! My advice to anyone who wants a good scanner is DO NOT BUY THIS! THIS IS A CHINESE COUNTERFEIT AND THEY START WITH POS! I am so upset with this purchase! I fix my own cars and with all the computer junk in these new cars, a GOOD scanner is a must! Other than that, it WAS a decent scanner, but now it's 100% junk and USEFUL!
