The product user manual contains only images, no accompanying text. Difficulty unloading garbage from the container. It is difficult to open the bunker. The trash can opens too wide so the trash doesn't get into the basket and falls on the floor so I have to vacuum the trash a second time. Doesn't vacuum carpets well. The supplied extensions are not suitable for small gaps. I would only recommend it if it's $150-$200 less than the $480 I actually spent.
