I love that it is simple to use and understand. The customer service is fantastic! They are very quick to resolve issues and help you out in any way they can. This is my go to system for lead management. There is nothing that I dislike at this point. Lead scoring and filtering is an amazing feature that is so easy to use. I wish there were some more advanced ways to segment my data. I think that the tool could be used in many different industries. However, I have been using it for retail sales. It has helped me improve my conversion rates and keep track of my pipeline.
