Review on Portable Scanner Kit - Magic Wand by Sean Bouchard

I don't usually go through things that quickly, but I've had it for a day now and I love it. I'm a teacher and I ordered this because I'm tired of walking halfway across the building every time I need to scan something, which I often do. This thing scans well, seems reliable, and is easy to set up, change settings, and use. When I plugged it into my computer, the computer sees it as if it saw a flash drive, so no driver installation is required. The case that comes with it is also perfect; rigid, with space on one side for a scanner and space on the other side for a cable and microfiber cloth. Update I've had it for a while now and still love it. My only complaint is that it's not possible to change the default scan settings, so it has to be done every time you turn it on. Not a big deal, but still an extra step. Had I known there was a Wi-Fi version of this (so scans could be downloaded to my computer wirelessly) I would have ordered that instead. So if this feature would be useful for you, give it a try.
