I like how Intellicmms lets me schedule jobs in advance which makes scheduling much easier than having employees come through with work orders or doing them when they have time off of their shift schedules (which can be hard for some companies).
It also allows you manage your scheduled items by using tags so that if an item needs attention sooner then later we don't forget about those tickets/jobs once its been completed! Nothing yet but looking forward seeing what new features are coming out soon!! Would love more flexibility around ticketing categories such as submittal tracking etc however this has not slowed down our process at all - only improved efficiency overall since everything gets put into one place via CMDB system rather quickly now!
