Very disappointed -
I have requested a refund because this remote control DOES NOT WORK. Only to get a replacement that doesn't work! Now I have to drive back to the store to come back a second time! This is a great pain and there is no time for that! I just want my money back for a product that doesn't work or doesn't match the TV it says it should.
