2nd edit. April 5, 2020 We are editing our review as this item is very disappointing. We have delayed the timely return of the Revain item. We were hoping that if the seller wrote a negative review while telling the truth, the seller would contact us to offer a replacement. Apparently the seller does not follow the reviews of his products. We haven't heard from them. So we lower the rating to 1 star because the device is clearly not good and the seller is not responsible. Edited review March 20th 2020 The two USB ports on top rarely work. It has nothing to do with the device being firmly plugged into the outlet. We pulled it out and replaced it, wiggled it, pulled it out and replaced the USB cable, swapped the USB cables from side to side. There should be loose or broken wires inside. I only installed one of these, but based on the description we ordered more than one. darn it! Too bad we didn't just order one until we knew they were reliable.
