USB ports don't work! If customer wants USB ports on outlet extender DO NOT BUY

2nd edit. April 5, 2020 We are editing our review as this item is very disappointing. We have delayed the timely return of the Revain item. We were hoping that if the seller wrote a negative review while telling the truth, the seller would contact us to offer a replacement. Apparently the seller does not follow the reviews of his products. We haven't heard from them. looking for surge protection and comparing it and I liked this one the best. It was also the best buy for the money. I've read a lot of reviews about sockets being too close together, but so far I haven't had any problems, nor have I put large plugs into it. But the picture shows I have a lamp in the living room, a computer and night light plugged into the top three outlets, and a tablet plugged into a USB port, with plenty of room. I bought 4 of these. I bought my first one almost a year ago. Works perfectly. There were no problems. Doubles the number of plugs and allows charging of USB devices. One thing to note is that these plugs are all the same distance apart. So if you weren't paying attention, you could plug your device into two outlets at the same time. Because they are connected in parallel and the polarity matches every other slot, your devices won't be destroyed, but you won't be able to use all of your plugs…

Nice sleek look, seems well made, six power sockets AND two USB sockets. What more do you want? The first thing that comes to mind is that one would think (from previous experience) that the block would be plugged into both sockets and each socket (top and bottom) would power a separate row of sockets on the unit. I received these to replace a power strip that had a 2 port USB charger plugged into it.
