2003 Silverado product arrived quickly and was well packaged with clear instructions including color pictures of installation. It works exactly as described, I can open the back door and just let go. Pleasantly soft case with no problems. Installation was very easy with just a 13mm jack. I will say that you may not need a small washing machine. When I used a small washer it made things too tight on the cable side and the post couldn't move. (DO NOT tighten things to the point where the rack can't wiggle anymore! It needs to be able to wiggle so it doesn't stick and break!) The device cleared my back door with no issues and installed the tool in just 10 minutes.
