Review on HDS FreeDOM by Jeff Addison

It's easy enough for employees at my organization to use. There are some features I don't understand yet, but it seems like they're actively working on adding them in upcoming updates. At first we were having issues getting our employees connected to their data via their mobile devices. They quickly worked out those problems. In addition to accessiblity needs from end users, FreeDOM also can be used for other purposes as well -- for example, billing information entry or appointment scheduling. I like how we can create an electronic medical record for patients who live in our community. In order to get paid by Medicare or Medicaid it would be nice if we could have access to certain labs/meds. It's great because you only pay 1 bill instead of 2 bills! Also helps when creating patient education handouts. We also used this product at my last job where they did not offer any benefits through them so there was no savings over paying other services such as health insurance companies.
