I bought this three piece tea set. When they arrived the two small ones were perfect but the larger one was very difficult to open and close. I didn't feel that flexing the petals was the solution for many reasons: most of the time it would only make the problem worse and weaken the reeds. So I put it together with the others and figured I'd find out. I received an email from the company asking me if I liked my tea infuser and emailing if I had any questions or concerns. I sent the email back and explained my issues with the big brewery. They sent me 2 more big brewers for free! When the package arrived, the box seal was broken. No red flags, I knew immediately what that meant! The company opened the box to test the brewers to make sure I was getting a working product! Ideal! What a fantastic company and now I have beautiful teapot eggs! I love these infusors too! If you decide to purchase keep an eye on your email if there is a problem it will be fixed!
