My chihuahua/dachshund is 4.5 months old (8 pounds). I got him the medium and she devoured him (the way back wasn't difficult). The little one fits better but still looks heavy. He walks more slowly with his head down, but maybe he's just afraid of the rain. Plus, he doesn't need bags! Lol it's just extra stuff. It doesn't get wet and the yellow color and reflectors are great for seeing at night. Let's see if he grows into it I guess... I like the chic look but I'm afraid the X-Small size will be too tight around the neck.
