I ordered this ladder for its 300lb capacity and wide steps. I'm a tall guy with balance problems due to damage to my inner ear. I feel safer with this ladder with wider rungs than with my previous standard ladder. This ladder is also lighter and folds down to a much thinner profile so I can easily store it in my hallway closet, making it a lot more affordable than my old ladder. My big problem is the promised 2 day delivery which turned into a 6 day delay causing me significant problems with the work to be done. DO NOT order this ladder if you are in a hurry.
