These are good storage cabinets with a good design. Should be good off-road. Not sure if they will block the rain. Biggest security-related complaint. First, to lock everything in, the two main black bars are cheap and don't work well. A tiny flap should rise through two slots and the scope is off. You must manipulate until the latch finally closes. What was most disappointing were the small latches to lock the trays. These flaps are extremely difficult to open, to the point where one of them cut my finger and I had to stop what I was doing. This is my "first day" experience. Can you imagine if I leave these things for a while? Maybe I have band-aids on all my fingers. I would not recommend them to others. Gregory Gig Harbor, Washington.
