This product does not compare to the high quality boat protections sold by boat dealers and repair shops. That. Peel and stick is a joke. You must use real marine epoxy. This product suggests that you use 3M 5200 Epoxy (sold separately) to seal the outside edge. If used properly, this keel protector does not require additional edge sealing. Additionally. Better quality keel protectors are much thicker and wider and look better. Good luck to those who purchase this product. You will need it.
