My boyfriend and I were very happy with this drill and loved it for the first few months. This is the perfect drill for those quick jobs at home. Three months later, the button you press to switch forward/backward doesn't work. You have to hold it in the front position to rotate anything. Otherwise, it is constantly in the inverted position. In fact, we sent back the first drill we ordered because she made it right away. We thought we accidentally got a lemon. It turns out that this can be the downside of this product in general. Battery life was good - we only charged it once every four months. We used it to assemble Ikea furniture etc.
