First came without battery and instructions. Everyone knows how difficult it is to install a battery that only costs $1! I had to find someone to help me, and then I was able to call Netflix, but that's all. I had to use my old remote control to get out. I'm sending it back. It's very cheaply made and obviously wasn't programmed to work. I don't know how to do this, so it's useless to me.
